Institutional organism of social housing
Organization of 4 waffle afternoons for this loyal client : one afternoon at the headquarters of the company, and three in the departments spread in Île-de-France.
Set up of the Christmas decoration and the buffet.
Coordination with the service provider, serving warm and crispy waffles to the guests : chocolate, handmade whipped cream, fresh fruits, salted caramel…
Self-service drinks : handmade hot chocolate served using a ladle, coffee, tea and fresh fruit juices.
Welcoming of the guests upon their arrival.
Order of big and mini-waffles from a famous shop in Lille, and order of drinks.
Recovery of the orders and preparation of individual small bags to offer a mini-waffle to take at home.
Delivery of a “gourmet cube” in each department, including : waffles to enjoy on site, mini-waffles to take-away, drinks and Christmas decoration (plates, glasses, napkins, tinsels, small pine trees…).
Set up of the decoration on site.
