Organization of a seminar gathering managers from different departments and differents places of the company. The goal was to strengthen team cohesion between different departments.
HR convention in Lille - 350 participants
To organize its three-day-convention in human resources, this client trusted in Optimum Events once more. We handled logistics involved by the welcome of 350 co-workers from all over the world in Lille.
Escape game afternoon - 20 participants
Organization of half-a-day team building : escape game and snack in Paris.
The client formed 4 teams composed of 5 participants coming from different departments, in order to create cohesion between people who didn't know each other very well. He wanted to emphasize the importance of teamwork and communication between colleagues.
