Discovery of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Invited by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Optimum Events made wonderful discoveries and established contact with new partners during 3 days. 

The program:

Day 1 :

• Transport by train Paris-Luxembourg (2 hours)
• Check-in at a magnificent 5* hotel in the city center
• Welcome drink, Lunch, Opening Ceremony, Destination presentation and Workshops in the business district
• Aperitif with live music in front of the Grand Ducal Palace in the presence of the Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg as well as the Minister of Economy
• Gala dinner in a central venue of Luxembourg City hosting all the 200 international participants

Day 2:

• Guided visit of Luxembourg City in small groups
• Discovery of the Moselle region : main attractions, venues and seminar possibilities
• Closing ceremony in a remarkable venue of Luxembourg City where we continued to network while enjoying our dinner, live music and a sensational performance by fire artists.

Day 3:

• Check-out
• Discovery of the northern region of Luxembourg during a Street Party organized for us
• Transport by train back to Paris (2 hours)

This trip allowed us to make lots of new contacts and picture better the destination opportunities, including accomodation, reception venues, gastronomic escapes, as well as seminar possibilities from high-tech business centers to relaxation retreats etc. Without doubt, Luxembourg is a destination with a human dimension, ideally located in the heart of Europe.
